Delivery Time frame
Crossroads4ExtraVirginOliveOil Online maintains a fulfillment period of 1-2 business days, please allow this time prior to your order being shipped or ready for pickup.
Depending on the shipping service you select your package will arrive in the time frame the shipper specifies after the fulfillment period has passed.
Shipping Services offered:
- Free Shipping and Flat Rate per Order: 2-10 business days, will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground with no guaranteed delivery date.
Crossroads4ExtraVirginOliveOil Online is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Orders under $75.00 have the options of Flat Rate per Order $7.99 shipping cost or a selected FedEx option, which will be price quoted based on order weight and recipient address. Orders over $75.00 have the options of Free Shipping or a selected FedEx option, which will be price quoted based on order weight and recipient address.
Once a package is marked as shipped and has an associated tracking number, all liability for the package, contents and delivery has been transferred the the carrier. If there are any inconsistency with shipment the customer must contact the appropriate shipper and handle all issues with them directly.
If the shipment is marked as ‘Delivered’ by the carrier, the recipient is liable. Most shipping services will not process any claim once it has been marked as ‘Delivered’.
Crossroads4ExtraVirginOliveOil Online suggests to have a signature requirement upon receipt of the shipment if this has been an issue at the recipient’s address before.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, but no products can be shipped outside of the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Depending on shipping address, some products may require warm weather packaging, which may cost up to an additional $7.00 USD.
Any cancellation must be received within 24 hours of placing order.
