A blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino olives. Trees average 80 years in age and are grown on the western grade of Tuscany between Pisa and Siena. Gold-green color with aromas of pine, grass, green olives and fresh lettuce. 900 liters produced. Pour raw on grilled shrimp, scallops or a more traditional seasoning for grilled NY strip. From another one of Italy’s top Wine Makers that really loves his olive groves. Very rare put this on your bucket list.
