Description

Giorgio Rivetti, his friends will tell you if he’s going to make an olive oil it’s going to be incredible. The trees are located in Casanova, about half way between Pisa and Siena. the olive varieties are Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino olives and are planted in high pH soils of limestone found in western Tuscany. The oil is bright green gold with intense flavor. The olives are milled on site only hours after harvest. His likes to make a small amount of great oil for his family and now includes a few importers.
