EVOO 2018 Frantoio Franci Olivastra Seggianese

This EVOO is made from 100% Olivastra Seggianese from 100 to 130 year-old trees grown at an altitude of 400-700 meters. These olives are hand harvested in November. This is a special variety of olive found mostly in southern Tuscany. The oil is straw colored and has a delicate mouth feel with aromas and flavors of lettuce, radish, basil and tomato leaf. Frantoio Franci year in and year out one of the legendary producers of Italy.

Giorgio Franci is among the most talented and passionate olive oil producers we’ve ever met. His understanding of olive oil, from the farming of trees to the milling of olives, is incredible.
