EVOO 2014, Oro Bailen Abrequina, extra virgin olive oil from Spain is made from 100% Arbequina olives. Pressed immediately after harvest and distilled in a continuous process to separate all olive solids and vegetable water for a clear and concentrated fresh oil. Gold and green color, aromas of apple, green herbs and green almond.
Flavor is mild, bitterness and spice is low. Flavors of fresh herbs and green almond. Pour on anything, steak, grilled bread, vegetables, risotto, chicken, fish.
