45% Frantoio, 20% Leccino, 15% Maurino and 20% Pendolino olives. The fruit is sustainably farmed in Lake County California in a single orchard. This one has flavors of green almonds, tomato-leaf aromas with artichoke nuances and elegant flavors of ripe Frantoio olives. The fruit and bitterness are incredibly well balanced.
