Allegra is a hybrid that is grown by Chacewater and one other California producer. The oil is Certified Organic by the CCOF, Allegra has a bigger mouth feel than the Mission with robust, green, grassy notes with a well balanced pungency. Medium-high in polyphenols. This is a versatile olive oil that can be used as a dipping oil or finishing oil on meat and cheese dishes.
