Hojiblanca is one of the great varietal olives from Spain. La Cultivada Hojiblanca is special. The producers Certified Organic farming practices give us one of the more unique olive oils in the collection. Hojiblanca is known for its vibrant character and a high polyphenol count which produces olive oils with stronger flavors. La Cultivada has this lush mouth feel on entry with more moderate spice and bitterness that seems to evaporate on the back of the palate to notes of almond and apple on the finish.
